Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferrable. Why? You may ask… well once you submit a deposit, Elegance closes off that date for any further bookings which means clients who may want that day would be unable to book it. This is why we do not offer refunds on deposits. If you must reschedule your session, we will apply your deposit to another date. 

Do I get to see and keep my proofs?
  • No. I hand select each image and retouch each of them. For a 1-2 hour shoot, over 500 photos are typically taken. For time purposes, quality control, and branding purposes, I do not release all of the images from the shoot. You can may ​request to order more edits though. Cost per extra edit is $25/photo or 5 for $100.
What does retouch or edit mean?

Re-touched photos are photos that have gone through a tedious editing process via photoshop. Clients will always receive retouched/edited photos that will show them off in the most high-quality, hi-res, blemish free light.

How long do I have to request more photo edits?

I only keep photos for 30 days from the day you received your photos back. During this time window, please save, download and/or request additional photos during this time frame. After 30 days, photos are removed for privacy purposes.

How do I know if I require more studio time?

For clients who require hair and/or makeup to be completed on site (at the studio) an addition fee of (+75) will be added to the total amount. 

Do you have a makeup artist and/or hairstylist that I can book?

Yes! Elegance has an amazing team that he collaborates with for sessions. If you desire to have your hair and/or makeup done, please book this add-on service on our booking page.

How will my photos be delivered?

Client photos will be delivered digitally via dropbox, pixieset or pictime. You can order prints this way as well. For more intimate photos, you may request to have them delivered via usb. 

I live out of state, do you travel for sessions?

Yes, but the client will be responsible for paying a travel fee and depending on the location of the session, a studio/set-up fee as well.
